Mindfulness was a very new subject to me this year. We focused on meditation and feelings. I learnt that mindfulness has two meanings . The first manning is being conscious or aware of something. It also is a mental state achieved be focusing ones awareness on the present moment while calmly acknowledging and accepting ones feelings thoughts and bodily sensations
